Good location, friendly staff, spacious rooms, decent breakfast, easy access to restaurants.
Nothing to be said.

quality of the breakfast is to be noted, staff of both the restaurant and breakfast are excellent, friendly and willing.
The receptionists left a lot to be desired. Only a few of them were willing, but in general they were apathetic and unhelpful. The tub has no anti-slip pads at the base, which can lead to accidents. The taps were loose and I dropped one of them on my foot when I tried to open the water. But what surprised us most was that for a four-star hotel you can hear what is going on in the rooms next door, children screaming, porters, the noise of the elevators, maids cleaning. We ended up with central heating that can't be regulated. Actually, what the receptionist said when he asked was,"Open the windows a little." Howard Johnson Rosario, a disappointment.

Sable Paris, where you can eat, is a few steps away from the hotel. Recommended base for a weekend in Rosario! Appreciated that the property was so close to the train station, 20 minutes' walk.

We loved the hotel's location as it was within walking distance to many restaurants. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room size was good and fairly clean. The breakfast provided was enjoyable.
Nothing to complain about at all.

Spacious and comfortable room as well as the bathroom! Freshly baked croissants at breakfast, the attention of the reception staff both at night and in the morning.
In the bathroom they left us only one soap, 1 shampoo, a conditioner and 2 towels (we arrived at 2 am but in the reserve it was clear that there were 3 of us). When we went down to have breakfast, Sunday 9.30 am with the hotel full, the trays were empty, we managed to take 2 vanillas, 3 slices of cheese and 2 of ham, I had to ask for a table to be cleaned, just after 10 am we said now if we can have breakfast, because they took out croissants and completed "some" of the missing ones, I really applaud the dining room staff, they never lost their smile and courtesy despite the anger of the guests who wanted breakfast, I emphasize that they did what they could and in an excellent way, I think this chaos is the responsibility of the hotel that should provide for this and have more staff and more merchandise to replace.

The new apartment-rooms, of all the times I've been there, this is the first time I've been touched and I didn't even know you had them. Much more spacious and comfortable than the others, I loved them.
The breakfast was better, because in the last stay two months ago it was broken up (the trays were empty and they were replaced by drops and it was only 9,30 in the morning, the first one almost half an hour ago we only had coffee because there were only fruits, jelly, water and vanilla cookies), this time it was complete but equal to my taste and compared to other hotels in this category, I even had the same chain, and lacked variety too many flours (different breads, bills, puddings of different flavors) no scrambled eggs or bacon, only ham and cheese some fruit and cookies

The location in front of Plaza Sarmiento was great, and the free WiFi worked perfectly, with an easy connection to Parque Urquiza.

Easy to walk to restaurants from this hotel.
When we checked in they gave us a creditcard slip to sign for the payment in arg pesos - but what if we wanted to pay in cash! They also didn't give us a breakdown of the Booked.net price in usd, the tax rate, and then the conversion rate from usd to arg pesos. Not very good service. We only had two towels and we asked for two more, we had to followup and ask again and then finally got them. The rooms need a major upgrade, not at all a 4* hotel! The breakfast needs more international options (eggs, bacon, muffins, pancakes, waffles etc). It is also not very clear where breakfast is - it is in an adjoining restaurant and not well sign posted. When we check out they said parking was 150pesos but I was quoted usd$12 on Booked.net, the lady at reception said it was 150 pesos but I asked her to show me on a calculator and when she entered $12*9.6=112.68pesos. So I gave her 115pesos and she gave me no change! How strange. Just watch how they covert your charges - very dodgy. Also, parking is not on site - you have to walk to the end of the block. Bit of a pain. They should offer valet service if they are not going to have onsite parking. Also, cable tv channels in English would be good. And the curtains in the room didn't completely cover the window. The beds in the room need mattress protectors - it is odd to be sleeping just on a sheet on top of the mattress and no protector - yuck!

The hotel is conveniently located nearby restaurants and cafes. Guests can enjoy the included breakfast served at an adjoining restaurant. the rooms are clean with basic amenities, and the cleaning staff is friendly and accommodating.
The hotel seems to lack attention to detail in terms of service and pricing transparency.

We recently had a great city break at a hotel in Rosario. The location was perfect, just a short walk from some of the best restaurants and attractions in the city. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with plenty of amenities provided to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The breakfast offered was also beyond our expectations, with a wide variety of options to choose from.
That there were some minor maintenance issues with the room. The air conditioning was a bit loud and the curtains didn't completely block out the sunlight. However, these small issues were quickly resolved by the friendly and attentive staff. we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great city break in Rosario.

Good breakfast variety with fresh pastries and juices every morning. Convenient location within walking distance to restaurants and bars. Clean rooms with comfortable beds.
Poor customer service, with staff not being helpful or knowledgeable about the area. Rooms are outdated and need renovating.
